01 How is this different from other programmes?
Other programmes sell you a plan. We give you a doctor who sticks with you for three months — a real person checking in every week, answering your messages every day. That's the whole thing. And it changes everything.
02 Do I have to take medication?
Not at all. It's completely up to you. We only offer it to people who really need the extra help. The coaching is the main thing — medication is just one option inside it.
